As a consumer, it is so easy to get bombarded with information and items from which to choose that we end up on overload and don't make any decision.
To make first time decisions a little easier, you can get a sample of each of the five listed facial creams. You will get five 1/2 oz jars, one each of Serenity Cream, Lavish Lotion, Wrinkle Wrath, Elegance of Rose and Unscented.
Each cream offers something a little different.
The Serenity Cream is made up of the nourishing nut oils, almond and hazelnut with an essential oil blend of lavender and sandalwood just waiting to hear you say "ahhhh".
Lavish Lotion starts with easily absorbed apricot kernel oil and St. Johnswort and Calendula infused olive oil; wonderful for soothing irritated skin. Combine ylang ylang, lemongrass and lavender essential oils and you have an exotic floral yet green aroma.
Elegance of Rose utilizes sunflower seed oil as its base; another good choice for those with touchy skin or cannot use a nut oil due to a nut allergy. Made from fresh rose petals our rosewater adds a refreshing touch with a very subtle scent, not very strong.
One whiff of Wrinkle Wrath sharpens your senses and suddenly you're ready to 'get with it' for a new day. A combination of uplifting essential oils such as frankincense, geranium, rosemary and carrot uplift your spirits while being a great tonic for a youthful appearance.
Almond and hazelnut oils are used in this blend as well.
Not everyone wants their face cream to have a scent or added essential oils.
This unscented cream adds the added, rich, skin loving benefit of hemp seed and rosehip seed oils to the usual apricot and grapeseed oils found in the basic unscented cream version.
There are other types not included in the sample pack, Any of these can be substituted. Just let me know if you have a preference.
There is the basic unscented cream which is good for someone who wants the original basic recipe which consists of apricot oil, grapeseed oil, coconut (or shea) oil, aloe vera gel, distilled water and beeswax.
There is also a version of the Wrinkle Wrath which includes vanilla and unrefined coconut oil (adds a coconut scent).
There is another version of the Rose Cream utilizing Elderflower infused apricot oil and also a version of the Rose cream including sandalwood essential oil.
There is a cream with mango butter as the solid butter instead of either coconut oil or shea butter, with added cucumber and green tea extracts (Touch of Bliss)
Ordinarily when a cream is purchased, the buyer chooses whether they want coconut oil or shea butter as the solid oil. Unless you let me know I'll include with the sample pack whichever I happen to have already made in each of the particular cream types.
Try each one and discover which one could become a favorite!
Moisturize as needed onto clean skin. Due to various skin types, you may only need a tiny bit at a time or you may only need a moisturizer as a night cream.
To minimize the risk of contamination make sure you have clean fingers before dipping into the cream or use some other form of tool for dipping.
Beauty tip: Don't forget to moisturize your neck!
